Quality technician

Steglinge AB is looking for a Quality Technician.

Do you have a genuine interest in quality and development work and do you like to be flexible with several different tasks? Are you also no stranger to taking on new and exciting tasks where one day does not have to be the same as the next?

Examples of tasks:
- Part of the daily quality work and support production.
- Deviation management, statistics, investigation, analysis and measures.
- Write / revise procedures and instructions.
- Part of the HACCP work.
- Involved in internal audits, external audits, customer audits.
- Self-monitoring. Sampling and handling for analysis. Hygiene rounds.
- Product development, new products, cohesive.
- Sustainability tests. Documentation and statistics.
- Writing and revising specifications according to requirements and customer wishes.
- Writing and giving training courses.
- Management and follow-up of production documentation.
- Samples and checks.
- Call-offs, orders.

Your qualities: It is an advantage if you have/have had a similar role, but we also attach great importance to personal suitability. We would like to see that you are an initiative-taking, self-driven person who understands the importance of maintaining high quality, is orderly, thorough, structured and enjoys taking on new challenges and seeing the opportunities in these. Other qualities that we value highly are social skills, enjoying working in a fast-paced environment, having an eye for detail and taking work and performance seriously. Education in food safety, microbiology and quality or similar work experience in the industry. For example, Food Technician. Good communication skills in both Swedish and English in both speech and writing. Good knowledge of the Office package such as Sharepoint, Teams, Excel, Words and Access.

Location: Höganäs
Scope: Full-time, daytime, probationary period 6 months
Salary: According to agreement

A little about Steglinge's business
Steglinge AB is a family business located just outside Höganäs in northwestern Skåne. We process fruit & vegetables in many different forms, everything from pre-washed KRAV potatoes, ripe avocados to torn carrots. We are the link between grower and wholesaler. We also have a sister company that grows some of our vegetables, but we also have about 40 growers around the country who grow vegetables for us. We are certified according to BRC, IP Sigill Frukt & Grönt, IP Arbetsvillkor, Organic production, KRAV-certified production and RIP Potatis.
